VII Firs Grove is opening the event season with a Beltane celebration, May 5th at 1pm at VII Firs Grove in SE Portland. With help from the Golden Apple Grove we will Dance the May Pole, Chose a May Queen and King/Consort by lottery, have a Bel Fire, and Potluck – BBQ’s available for use. It will be light and lively fun for all ages. All welcome, a small donation appreciated, but not required, to help defray costs. Weather clause: Sunny = Hooray, if showers, we are Portlanders and can handle it, if it is pouring down rain that is just plain unfun so we will call it off.
